Juki DNU-1541S Industrial Sewing Machine with Safety Mechanism and Walking Foot Needle Feed

The machine comes assembled, including a sewing machine table and an Electronic 550-watt Energy Saver and Quiet Running DC Servo Motor.

The Juki DNU-1541S (with safety mechanism) is a 1-needle, Unison-feed, Lockstitch Machine with a Double-capacity Hook. The Juki DNU-1541 and DNU-1541S models offer all the features of the 1508 at an economical price. They feature a horizontal axis large hook that loads from the side, replacing the Juki DNU-241H and fitting standard cut-outs.

The machine's specifications include a maximum speed of 2,500 SPM, a clearance under the foot of 16mm, a needle bar stroke of 36mm, a maximum stitch length of 9mm, and an amount of alternating vertical movement between 2.5 and 6.5mm. It accommodates 135 x 17 and 135 x 16 needles, including for leather, and uses a metal 18034 bobbin and an 18033 hook.

The machine's bed size is 18-25/32" x 7" (477 x 178mm), and the workspace measures 264mm.

The Juki DNU-1541S is designed for sewing a wide range of materials, including light to heavy-weight leather, vinyl, upholstery, synthetics, canvas, and various coated and laminated products. It is suitable for stitching automotive, boat, and furniture upholstery, tarpaulins, covers, sails, tents, camping trailer covers, awnings, umbrellas, tops, bags, luggage, handbags, travelware accessories, sports and camping equipment, outerwear, canvas shoes, slippers, and orthopedic appliances.

The machine comes with a range of accessories, including a bobbin winder, thread stand, machine oil, instruction manual, oil pan, knee lifter, and V-belt.

It is delivered complete with the sewing machine table, an Electronic DC Servo Motor (3/4 HP, 1 PHASE, 110 VOLT, 0~3,300 RPM), a drawer, belt, LED lamp, and instruction manual. The machine is brand new, packed in sealed boxes, and has never been used before.
